| Perk Rules | Guidelines during use: ✅ Choose either the first 4 hours or the last 4 hours of your shift to take off. ✅ Submit your request at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise approved. ✅ Communicate clearly with your manager to plan around team needs. ✅ You’re still credited for a full day’s work — no time deducted! 7️⃣ Loss of privilege: You may lose this perk if: ???? You no-show or leave without prior approval. ???? You abuse the flexibility by pairing it with unapproved absences. ???? You fail to complete critical work responsibilities before or after your time off. 8️⃣ Have fun!
